If you have answered yes to any of these questions - YOU
CAN BE HELPED.
My goal is to prevent personal bankruptcy, the elimination
of debt and the relief of financial stress. In many circumstances, bankruptcy
can be avoided, if private consulting is received during the early stages
of financial difficulty.
Services include:
- Private confidential consulting regarding your situation
- Pursuing the "best possible solution"
for the client, consulting on all consumer options including, informal
proposals, consumer proposals and Bankruptcy.
- Debt settlement assessment with the ability to deal
with almost all types of debt
- Helping you regain control of your future and your
financial freedom
- Personal and family budget evaluations
- Reducing stress by relieving you from having to deal
with creditors
- Dealing directly with creditors and arranging for
protection on your behalf
- Creditor negotiations and settlements
- Refinancing recommendations
In most cases, a “Proposal” will be suggested,
either informal proposal or formal proposal (Consumer Proposal or Division
1, Part 3 proposal,) which is simply an agreement between a debtor and his
creditors, whereby the debtor pays only a portion of his debts, thus avoiding
bankruptcy wherever possible. And if you own a home, and there is some equity
available to tap into, I will use this equity so that a full settlement of
your debts can be negogiated with all your creditors.
